At the NI Countrysports Fair we want everyone to be able to participate in the activities on offer at the show.  Our aim is to introduce younger people to the many activities and sports that are part of our countryside heritage here in Ireland.  We can do this in a fun way, as individual or family activities here at the show.

Our have-a-go activities this year include archery, air gun shooting, angling for children, pony rides, Scruffs dog show, dog agility, scurry, fly-tying, walking stick carving, ferret racing and fly casting.  In addition there will be a funfair in the family area with fun, games & bouncy castles as well as a climbing wall.

Have-a-go is all about fun but it also provides the chance to maybe learn a new skill or to discover a hidden talent. It is all about seeing and trying and who knows, perhaps finding the next Olympic archer!

These images show just a taster of have-a-go activities offer at the show.
