The 2018 show will yet again bring a storm of activity in the ferreting arena with the return of the Ferret Krypton Factor.

Feeding their natural curiosity and character, the Ferret Krypton Factor on Saturday 26th at the show will include a number of challenges and pop holes for the ferrets to work their way around against the clock.  Sponsored by Alpha Ferret Feeds this event is open to all ages and to every size and colour of ferret. There’s no telling how their handlers will be able to keep them on track or how easily they’ll become distracted by the obstacles.   Even if you don’t have your own ferret, Davy and his team will have their furry friends along each day for anyone who would like to try their hand at the Krypton Factor challenge.

A great participation event for ferret lovers!

The Ferret Racing and Showing day will be the Sunday 27th.  The racing and showing competitions will be open to all ferrets to participate in, with 4 categories for those competing in the ferret showing.

In addition to the above competitions each day at the show, ferret lovers will be well catered for within the Ferret Village each afternoon, with ferreting masterclasses on offer from expert handlers.

If you are in need of ferreting supplies, there will be net makers and ferreting accessories on sale at the show too.

Experienced ferret handler, Davy Downey will be organising all of the ferreting activities at the show so whether you have recently become a ferret owner of have many years’ experience in handling ferrets, Bring your ferrets along on the days of the show and you will be able to participate in the activities.
