Cookery Demonstrations 2018

The chefs at the NI Countrysports Fair are always keen to bring their flare and passion for food to the fore at the show.  Using the very best of locally grown and produced ingredients, each chef at the show will be presenting cookery demonstrations to visitors and showing them how they too can get the best out of our very rich sources of Northern Ireland’s finest foods.

With a number of chefs from the Food Heartland group attending each day, demonstrations will take place in the Crafty Artisan Food Village demo marquees as well as game meat demonstrations taking place in the BASC village.

Here is a sample of what you can look forward to from some of the chef’s who will be attending.
